Food Sampling & Analysis Policy
Halal Mark Limited
Halal Mark Limited’s Food Sampling & Analysis Policy ensures halal-certified products meet strict compliance, safety, and authenticity standards. The policy strengthens transparency and consumer trust across various sectors, including food manufacturing, slaughterhouses, and retail.
Sampling is conducted based on risk levels, with high-risk sites tested every three years, medium-risk sites every six years, and low-risk sites every nine years. Independent third-party auditors handle B2B sampling, while B2C samples are collected from the retail market where available.
All samples undergo analysis at ISO 17025-certified laboratories, and clients receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon satisfactory results. If a sample fails to meet halal requirements, retesting and corrective actions are required.
The policy guarantees confidentiality, impartial testing, and compliance with international halal standards, ensuring credibility in the global halal market.
