The organisation maintains impartiality, independence, and integrity throughout the training and certification process, offering accurate, reliable, and consistent certification services aligned with international halal standards such as food safety standards, GSO, SMIIC, and UAE.S 2055-2. Certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence and adherence to agreed standards, ensuring transparency, fairness, and ethical conduct across all activities. Halal Mark Limited continually enhances the competency of trainers, auditors, scholars, and personnel through structured training and development programmes. Client feedback is actively encouraged, and complaints are managed effectively to foster ongoing improvement.

This policy applies to all activities undertaken by Halal Mark Limited, including training, certification, renewals, surveillance, audits, Shariah rulings, and technical reviews. It also extends to all employees, freelance contractors, scholars, trainers, auditors, and subcontractors involved in training and certification processes. To uphold its commitment to quality, Halal Mark Limited has established measurable objectives, including maintaining full compliance with training and certification procedures, ensuring high client satisfaction through responsive service delivery, conducting regular internal audits and reviews, and providing annual competency training for auditors and scholars. Complaints and appeals are resolved within designated timeframes to ensure operational efficiency.  

The organisation ensures compliance with legal, statutory, accreditation, and halal standard requirements while continuously monitoring service effectiveness through internal audits, management reviews, and performance evaluations. Risks and opportunities that could impact quality service delivery are systematically identified, and corrective or preventive actions are implemented to address any non-conformities and enhance systems. The policy is communicated to all employees, contractors, and associated personnel through training and onboarding sessions, and it is publicly available upon request. Management conducts regular policy reviews to ensure continued relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organisational goals.
